Spencer Doty is a seasoned business executive with over two decades of experience leading market expansion, investment strategy, and operational transformation across the healthcare industry and beyond. With a proven ability to evaluate new markets, optimize service lines, and lead complex business initiatives, Spencer excels in navigating multi-stakeholder environments and driving impactful, data-informed decisions.

For 15 years he served as President and COO of Active Life, a multi-state Durable Medical Equipment provider, where he led strategic growth, operational improvements, and clinical oversight. Following the company’s acquisition in 2020 by Ottobock, Spencer played a critical role in post-acquisition integration and scaling operations across new markets. He went on to hold senior leadership roles at SuperCare Health, where he oversaw business development, payor relations, and provider network strategy—emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and sustainable financial performance.

Spencer holds an MBA and brings deep expertise in leading cross-functional teams, structuring strategic partnerships, and managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives—from M&A and product development to technology integration and process improvement. He is passionate about harnessing AI-enabled strategies, advanced analytics, and modern business models to unlock growth and operational excellence.

Spencer earned his Bachelor’s degree from Rice University, an MBA from La Sierra University, and holds certifications in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Northwestern University and California State University, Dominguez Hills. He is a Board-Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist (CPO02845) through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics.
