Spencer Doty is a seasoned healthcare executive, clinician, entrepreneur, inventor, and educator with a passion for transforming the healthcare landscape. With over 15 years of experience as a Board-Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist, Spencer has treated thousands of patients while simultaneously leading a multi-state, privately held clinical practice specializing in Orthotics and Prosthetics. Under his leadership, his company built a reputation for its innovative Value-Based Care partnerships.

In 2020, Spencer sold a majority stake in his healthcare company to a globally recognized healthcare organization, where he subsequently led the integration of his company into the larger entity's portfolio, holding several executive roles. In 2023, Spencer expanded his expertise into the broader Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sector, serving as VP of Business Development and VP of Payor Relations at SuperCare Health. He is now offering strategic and advisory services to select healthcare organizations, helping them optimize growth opportunities and achieve greater impact.

Spencer holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rice University, an MBA from La Sierra University, and certifications in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Northwestern University and California State University, Dominguez Hills. He is a Board-Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist (CPO02845) through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics.
